A pop of color in the mist of warm, fall colors is a fun change. This skirt is so cute! If bright colors aren’t your thing, you have four other (fall) colors to choose from. It’s also available in petite, regular, and tall sizing. PLUS, it’s 25% off with code SCORE.
The puff-sleeve trend is one that I’m enjoying. This is another great short-sleeve sweater and an easy basic piece for quick outfits. It is available in 2 other colors.
I went to the gym yesterday for the first time since January. I have been wanting to get back into working out, but dread the aches and pains that come with it. Before getting pregnant with Cora, I worked out 3x a week and had a personal trainer for a while. I was in the best shape I have probably even been.
When I found out I was pregnant, I had full intentions of exercising throughout my entire pregnancy. Even though I felt really nauseous during my first trimester, I still made it to the gym. But when I got sick with bronchitis with a sinus infection, that lasted for almost a month, I quit going. I sounded and felt awful. I never could will myself to get back into the gym after that.
I’m no expert about workouts and honestly never really liked it until last year. I usually feel quite out of place and unsure about what to do. I don’t push myself has hard as a trainer does, but I put some headphones on and use the machines that I know. Remembering the results of hard work pre-pregnancy, I look forward to getting back to where I once was.
Hope you’re having a great week!
