I wore this lace dress for our family Christmas photos last week. Coordinating six people for family photos is no easy task! After deciding on a color scheme, I started looking for the perfect dress for myself. I knew I wanted a warm, rich fall color and a dress that was feminine without being too busy, but still something interesting. I had ordered a few dresses and none of them really made me excited.
I was running out of time when I came across this dress. It was the perfect color, a feminine fit and material, and interesting without being too busy. I instantly loved it when I tried it on and can’t wait to see how our family photos turned out. Fingers crossed because my kids were way more interested in playing the leaves than posing for photos.
For size reference, I typically wear size 0/XS in dresses. I’m wearing a size 6 in this dress. It is very fitted, with a zip-up back.
I hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving! We had a great time with our families and just our little family. It was nice having a week without alarm clocks and schedules. We spent yesterday afternoon getting started on Christmas decor inside. I’ll be doing a little shopping to get a few more things. And I have the majority of my Christmas shopping still to do.
