My dress: Adrianna Papell
(non-maternity, sized up to fit the bump)
I am so excited to finally share a secret that I’ve been keeping since the first week of November. We have one more sweet reason to love as we are expecting baby number four late this summer. Feeling so thankful and blessed to be adding this little bundle of joy to our family, I can’t wait to find out if it’s a boy or a girl!
As of now, at just over seventeen weeks pregnant, I’m feeling much better than I did in the first trimester. Thank goodness! I was nauseous often, but usually not until mid-afternoon and then it got progressively worse as the day went on. I described it to my husband as having motion sickness daily. With each pregnancy, I only get sick one single time and that happened at twelve weeks. I felt super bloated. I looked way more pregnant then, than I do now. I was tired… and still am. In the first trimester, I napped almost daily and would still fall asleep on the couch before 9:00 at night. Now, I can usually make it during the day without crashing, but now this typically night-owl girl still fades early.
All in all, I am feeling good and the baby is growing right on track. Praying for a healthy little one to round out our family in late July and trying to enjoy each day with this tiny life growing inside of me.
