Everyone needs a classic white blouse in their closet and this one is so cute! The smocked areas with ruffles and buttons give this blouse an extra feminine touch. It is such a comfortable top and would be so easy to dress up or down. It’s available in regular and petite sizes. I’m wearing a size regular XS, for reference.
I know I’ve talked about this pair of denim before, but they really are one of my favorites! They fit true to size and I wear them so often because they look great with flats, booties, and heels. They are on sale for 33% off so now is the time to grab a pair for yourself or add it to your Christmas wish list.
Cora turned four months old on Tuesday last week (11/28), but I was a few days late getting her picture taken. She continues to be the happiest and easiest baby ever and here’s an update on her.
Eating: Not much has changed here over the past month. She still eats every 3 hours and approximately 4-5 ounces per feeding. I still nurse, but she has 1-2 bottles of breast milk a day if I’m away. I pumped regularly starting when she was about 3 weeks old and managed to build a freezer stash of over 250 ounces. I continue to pump if she doesn’t eat everything or if I’m away for a feeding.
Sleeping: We’ve hit the dreaded four month sleep regression. She’s waking twice a night. Daddy gets her back to sleep (without getting her out of bed) on her first wake-up and then I nurse her when she wakes between 4 and 5am. She goes back to sleep until about 7:00. She’s napping three times for 1-1.5 hours and then a 30-minute cat nap around dinner time. She only has a 45 minute nap, that requires us to help her go back to sleep to finish a full nap cycle, 2-3x a week.
Stats: She weighs 14.8 pounds, 63rd percentile. She has just started wearing size 3 /3-6 months clothes and is still in size 2 diapers.
Milestones: She has started teething, so along with that comes the drool. She loves to have a finger, or several, in her mouth most of the time. She is rolling back to belly all the time, but can’t quite get over her arm to roll belly to back all the way. She found her feet just a few days ago. She loves to hold onto them and tries to put her toes in her mouth. She also tries to grab anything that is within reach.
While I love watching her develop and learn, part of me is so, so sad that she is growing so quickly. That infant, tiny baby stage is so short! I miss her tiny, curled up self already. The older kids, on the other hand, can’t wait for her to be bigger and more active. Savannah continues to be little miss momma, holding Cora and always taking care of her. I often see the boys loving on her and trying to play with her. It is all so sweet and I’m often smiling at the thought of these four little ones growing up together. Continuously counting my blessings!
Have a great Monday and thanks for reading!
