This casual top is super soft and is available in 6 colors. It’s long enough to wear with leggings for a casual look, yet nice enough to dress up for a night out. It has a very relaxed fit and I’m wearing a size xs.
Yesterday, my sweet little Cora turned six months old. It really is hard to believe that half a year has gone by since I held her for the first time. The days seem to be going by faster and faster as I try to savor every minute of my last baby as a baby. Here is a little update on all things Cora!
Eating: The 4-hour feeding schedule is where we are at and she should continue with this for the next several months. She eats 4-6 ounces per feeding and wakes once to eat during the night (usually somewhere between 4 and 5 o’clock). I’m still nursing her, but my supply has dropped over the past few weeks and we’ve had to start using my freezer stash. I’m doing a few things in efforts to boost my supply as my goal is to breast feed her until her first birthday. We have not started any solids, yet. I plan to do baby led weaning and forego purees, but am waiting for her to reach all of the developmental stages that help indicate she’s ready.
Sleeping: We’ve had some days that her naps are all over the place and I’ve had to make some scheduling adjustments. She seems to be dropping the third (dinner time) cat-nap and just taking a morning and afternoon nap. For the past week, she’s really throwing me off by waking up about 45 minutes after she goes to bed, no matter what time I put her to sleep. Sometimes she’s wide awake then and other times she just needs her paci to go back to sleep. On a regular, go-as-planned day, her schedule looks sometime like this:
7:30 wake
8:00 feed
10:00 nap
11:30 wake
12:00 feed
2:30 nap
4:30 wake/feed
6:45 bath
7:00 feed
7:30 bed
Stats: She weighs 16.5 pounds putting her in the 59th percentile. She is just now moving into size 6 and 6-9 month clothes.
Milestones: She can roll her way across a room in no time! She pushes herself up (while laying on her belly) and last night I caught her trying to pull her knees up under her body as she was pushing up. She mostly prefers to be sitting upright now and can sit unassisted for a minute or two before toppling over. She is teething… evident by the amount of drool and how she chews on everything. She gets sooo excited for bath time and she loves to discover new things around her.
She continues to be the happiest and easiest baby I’ve ever had! We all have so much fun with her and just love her so much!!
Thanks for reading and I hope you had a wonderful Monday!
